We challenged Lay’s traditional product format by creating a customizable chip-tasting pop-up experience. I led the design strategy and booth execution, working across R&D, chef collaborations, and flavor development. This project was developed in collaboration with PepsiCo teams across Asia, North America, and the Middle East. It later evolved into an international experience at Riyadh Season, localized for the Saudi market with regional aesthetics and consumer insights.
